Two modes in me

I have two modes in me.

Number one: Creator mode — where I channel my ability to focus. The big obstacles here are not scoping down enough, over engineering, and not shipping on time. And eventually abandoning what I started.

Number two: Hustler mode — where I channel my ability to be fearless.

Here the big obstacles are hustling all the way to burn out, over-thinking the current step to avoid rejection, and not pausing to celebrate the small wins.
