Muse is taking the internet by storm
Meta just shipped Muse, their personal AI agent that lives in the app, on the web, and in WhatsApp. You can connect email, calendar, payments, and shopping, and it still asks before it sends or spends.
What surprised me was how fast the receipts showed up. Within a few hours of launch, X was full of people actually running Muse on their own accounts, not waiting for a polished keynote demo reel.
I started scraping the best use-case posts into one place: Musecases. Curated tweet embeds, so you can skim what people are really doing with it.
Start with Jeff Weinstein. In one post he walks through shopping, email, signing docs, and booking stuff, basically the whole agent loop without the marketing gloss.
Shopify posted Muse searching Catalog and checking out in-app, which is the kind of commerce flow agents have promised for years and rarely show this cleanly on day one.
Someone else had Muse negotiate a Marketplace listing and arrange pickup. Dinner plans got the same treatment: recommend a place, then try to book the table.
It is not all chores. One person ran a 50-question voice interview with Muse for self-reflection. Another had it analyze Instagram follows for taste and then build a New York Times-style collage, which is the one that made me stop scrolling.
There is more in the feed if you keep going: school email triage, Rosh Hashanah tickets, agent avatars that make their own GIFs, smart-home connectors, payment setup for autonomous shopping. I kept collecting until Musecases felt like a solid set rather than a random dump.
