OpenAI shipped GPT-6 Astra this morning. I hunted the launch on Product Hunt as @thisiskp_. A few hours later it was #1 of the day, with 260 ▲, and Product Hunt put it in the Daily Digest.
This is OpenAI's next flagship, built for the hard end to end work. Coding, computer use, science, and long agent workflows that actually stay on track.
Async tools and mid turn steering mean it can keep going while you course correct mid task. Feels less like a chat box and more like a teammate that can drive the machine.
When OpenAI called it their most capable model for end-to-end work, I wanted to get it in front of more people. The ones who read the Product Hunt newsletter, and the ones who browse the homepage.
