But it is quite fascinating to reframe this by building a mini-habit first.
Learn to turn the ignition key on first before you fantasize about the road trip.
Write one complete sentence before a blog post. Write one page before an entire book.
Practice getting ready for the gym and doing one set of something before an entire workout.
